Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Bias Korean account and its associated data at any time, directly from within the app. No login is required to read these instructions, but you will need to be signed in to your account inside the app to complete the deletion.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Bias Korean app and make sure you are signed in.
2. Go to the My Room tab.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are then permanently deleted.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile (display name, avatar, bio, and account details)
• Quiz history and scores
• Learning progress (Journey progress, levels, and XP)
• Community posts and any uploaded media (photos)
• Chat messages and guestbook entries
• Rankings and leaderboard score history
• Analytics and activity records tied to your account

For legal and accounting reasons, a limited set of records may be retained after your account is deleted. These records are no longer linked to a live account:

• Purchase records — retained where required for legal and accounting purposes
• Consent records — retained as legal evidence of your choices where required by law

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered, and you will need to create a new account to use Bias Korean again.

Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please manage subscriptions separately in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
